2,Production process

3,Structure Description
(1), One set of hydraulic paper planes stander     

Hydraulic top pin unwind paper, hydraulic arm is made by cast iron. The arm is driven by a oil cylinder to move left or right, unwinding size is flexible adjustment. Thimble is equipped with inflatable safety chuck, accurate positioning, good concentricity. It can bear greater torque. Roll loading and unloading easily, not broke paper. Tension is controlled by six pneumatic brakes. Unwinding roll stand frame is made of carbon steel welded. Thickness is 8-20mm, surface treated is preservatives. Roll ups and downs is driven by the oil cylinder.
(2),Automatic splicing device


On the top of unwinding part is equipped with automatic splicer device. It is composed by guide rollers, bonding roller device, breaks device, swimming arm devices, control systems and others.
  Splicing arm in position, guide roller pressure, breaks knife action, stop turning the previous paper roll and a series of connected actions are achieved by automatic control; the entire action is chained with the whole machine. to achieve every parts corresponding automatic action when change paper roll, finish the  automatic paper roll continuous . Achieve non-stop for paper roll continuous running, can reduce raw material consumption, improve yields, increase production, improve product quality.     
(3),air-knife coater 1 sets

Air-knife coater is composed by an air knife coater backing roll, applicator roll, a platen roller, guide roller, air knife coating, trough, trough landing gear, the applicator roll drive, high-pressure Roots pump,30kw, the coating head frame and other components.
Backing roll is Ø270mm, 0.06mm chrome plated, platen roller  is Ø216mm, 0.1mm chrome plated.
(4),Blade coater 1 sets

Scraper backing roll diameter is Ø500mm, thickness is 14mm, seamless steel pipe production. Roll is covered imported Buna-N rubber, rubber hardness is Shore A75 ± 2 ° good elasticity and anti-abrasion.
  Feeding roll diameter Ø296mm, thickness is 12mm, seamless steel pipe production, the roll surface is hard chrome plating of 0.1mm.
  Guide roller diameter 165mm, thickness is 8mm, seamless steel pipe production, the roll surface is hard chrome plating of 0.06mm.
  Trough is 304 stainless steel plate, thickness is 2mm, trough bracket is welded carbon steel frame.
  1 set of aluminum blade clamp, fixed blade plate, blade clamp and other parts are made of high quality aluminum profiles , light and flexible, small deformation. Doctor blade clamp, pressure, trough lifting are achieved by the air cylinder .
  Blade coating clamp frame is carbon steel welded, box-shaped structure. After welding the rack, the surface of rack is first sandblasted , then coated quality anti-rust paint. After unification assembled, paint the surface. 
(5),Drying section

The drying part is composed by 10 groups of 2.5m dry hot air oven, 10 sets hot air blowers (heat exchanger and air duct).
  The frame of oven is welded by 60x60 square tube, both inside and outside the box inlaid riveted 1mm cold-rolled steel, the middle is laminated 60mm thick mineral wool insulation. Hot air nozzle is the aluminum nozzle, spray sew straight and equality. Each group has two chrome guide rollers. Guide roller diameter is 90mm, wall thickness is 8mm, seamless steel pipe production. Duct is 1mm galvanized sheet production. Air temperature and pressure are adjustable, effective energy conservation.
  4 heat exchangers are one group, the model is SRZ1000mmx1000mm.
  Blower model is 4-72-6C 15kw.
Steam consumption:2-2.3T, at 0.7Mpa.
(6),Drying screen device

Drying screen feeding device is made of polyester mesh, guide rollers, dry net roll back, dry net drive roller, tensioner, correction, motor drives and other components.
  Polyester mesh must be used after heat setting . Otherwise it will damage the device.
  Dry screen transmission roller is covered by quality rubber coated on surface. Rubber Hardness Shore "A" 95 ± 2 °.
  (7),three set of dryer cylinder of diameter 1000mm.

Hot cylinder device consists of two sets of cylinder diameter 1000mm, two guide rollers, frame and transmission components.
   Cylinder is steel cylinders, wall thickness is 20mm, steam pressure 0.3-0.4Mpa, hard chrome plated cylinder surface.
 Guide roller diameter is 165mm, wall thickness is 8mm, hard chrome plated roll surface.
 Cylinder transmission is composed large gears, pinion gears, hardened reduction gear, motor, coupling, chassis and other components.
 After the paper go out from oven, both sides will be temperature regulation by hot cylinder to reduce warpage.
   The cylinder is welded with proximate matter, surface abrasive blasting and embalmed.
(8),Triple-rolls soft calender

Shiny cylinder diameter ø1000mm, thick-walled seamless steel pipe production, hard chrome plated &polished mirror treatment, roughtness Ra0.05.
   Press roller diameter is ø550mm, wall thickness is 30mm, coated high line pressure Buna-N rubber.
 Press roller is pressed by pneumatic tire pressure. Pneumatic tire model is 480310G-2.
  Calender frame is carbon steel welded . Plate thickness is 20-30mm, rack surface is abrasive blasting & embalmed.
  Calender walk board is welded.
 Calender transmission is composed by large gears, pinion gears, hardened reduction gear, motor, coupling, chassis and other components.
      After the paper go through the calender, the surface will be more smooth. Conducive to printing.
(9),Cooling cylinder 2 rolls

Cooling cylinder device is composed by two sets of 800mm chrome-plated cylinder components. Cylinder is injected the cold water.
   Cooling cylinder diameter is 800mm, wall thickness is 16mm, hard chrome plated.
   Cylinder rack is welded with carbon steel, plate thickness 8-25mm, rack surface abrasive blasting & embalmed.
  Cold-cylinder drive by large gears, pinions gears, hardened reduction gear,coupling,  and base composition.
(10),horizontal Paper rewinding device

Reeling cylinder is ø1000mm, reel roller is ø215mm ,seamless steel pipe production.
(11),Base frame portion:Fundamental part is made of steel, cast iron base plates.

(13), Walkway Stage               
  Walkway pedal bracket, escalators are made of ordinary steel, coated with antirust paint. Railing is pipe welded together. Walkway pedal manufactured using diamond tread plate.
