The machine is controlled by the touch screen; with simple operation, high degree of automation, only need to input the speed, tension and other data, the machine can achieve automatic synchronization control.
2. Main structure
2.1. The structure and performance
Unwinding unit consists of stand, pneumatic shaft and tension sensor, tension controller, pneumatic brakes and these also constitutes tension automatic control system.
Rack is equipped with adjustable frame, the position of the base paper can adjusted in coating machine.

The max diameter of paper reel: 1200mm
Brake: pneumatic type, 2 sets
The pneumatic shaft: 2 sets, control valve from FESTO or SMC
2.2 air knife coater (one set)

   Air knife coater is mainly composed by the eagle beak knife, feeding roll, pressing roll, metering rod, backing roll, air separator, draft fan for separator, high pressure fan and frame etc.
This coating device is characterized by a short distance between the air knife backing roll and the feeding roll, and the coated paper is less water migrated and wrinkled after the metering rod. It has the advantages of compact structure, wide application range, convenience to adjust the coating weight and so on.
Air knife (eagle beak type)
      Composed by the up and bottom lip plates, air knife body, air distribution tube. Up and bottom lips made of the 304 stainless steel, though multiple precision processing. The shape of the air knife blade can make high-speed air flow along the breast roll tangent direction, with merit of good quality coating, less spray and so on.
Air knife adjustment
Knife gap can be adjusted between 0.3-1.0mm. The air gap between the knife and the backing roll and angle can be adjusted by adjusting the frame, and air pressure can be adjusted to control the coating weight.
Air knife backing roll
      During the coating process, the paper with excess coating color wrapping around the backing roll, and the roll surface becomes the supporting surface for the paper to bear the airflow. The cooperation between the air flow and the air knife is used to meter the coating amount. Air knife backing roller Φ270mmx1400mm, bearing SN509, roll body is seamless steel pipe, surface hard chrome plated.
The feeding roll
Φ216mmx1400, bearing P208, the roll made of seamless steel pipe, hard chrome plated treatment, with single drive of three-phase asynchronous motor.
Metering rod
      Metering rod device mainly plays the role of the pre-metering of coating amount, by scrap exceed color on the paper to reduce the air knife metering burden, and reduce the color splash. Metering rod diameter Φ20mm, chrome plated ,with drive motor.
Color tray
      Paint tray made of stainless steel 304, thickness 1.5mm, there are two trays, feeding roll tray and backing roll tray, respectively for storage and recovery of coating color.
Air separator device
    Due to high speed and high wind pressure, in order to prevent the coating splash phenomenon, design the color splash recovery device. The power of the air separating fan is 3Kw.
High-pressure fan
     Select special series of energy-saving coating fan, fan power 15Kw. The fan is characterized by high wind pressure, low noise, wind pressure stable.
The frame
Box-type structure, welded, the coater is separated.
2.3 Hot air drying system
The system consists of single-sided hot air oven, draught fan, heat exchanger or the gas burner, ventilation door, and air duct.
1. Hot air oven, 3 sets

Hot air dryer of floatation type, made of welded profile steel, inner surface coated by 1mm steel plate, out surface by stainless steel, in the middle it is 50mm insulation materials to ensure the out temperature and ambient air temperature does not exceed 20ºC. Air ducts made of 1mm galvanized steel plate. Spray nozzle is made of 1.5mm profile aluminum alloy with uniform gap. Spray slit width, 2.5-3mm.
The front and back wind pressure is regulated by the ventilation door at the air duct, flow speed 20-50m/s.
2. Hot air recycling system, 3 sets
Mainly composed by oven box, fans, heat exchanger and air duct etc.
If choose the burners, the air stove is direct-fired type, no heat exchange equipment, the system automatically controls the switch, gas and energy efficiency is high.
Box body
Hot air dryer of single side type, made of welded profile steel, inner surface coated by 1mm steel plate, out surface by stainless steel, in the middle it is 50mm insulation materials to ensure the out temperature and ambient air temperature does not exceed 20ºC.
Air nozzle
Spray nozzle is made of 1.2mm profile aluminum alloy with uniform gap. Spray slit width, 2.5-3mm.
Air duct
Made of galvanized sheet, thickness 1mm, angle iron, with an air door for adjusting the oven air velocity, wind pressure.
Aluminum fin heat exchanger, SRZ1000*1000mm, each group of 4 pieces, 4 groups in total.
Hot air fans
     Draft fans: model, 4-72-7C; motor power, 11kW*3.

Heat source:

option A: boiler capacity: at least 1T/hour option B: gas burner, JG15D(max gas consumption 15 cubic/hour), 3 pieces in all, plus a boiler of 200kg/hour for hot cylinder.

Fine tune is between feeding roller and backing roller, to control the clearance between the two rollers.
2.5 Two hot cylinders and one rubber roller
1. Hot cylinders
Paper out of the oven box goes through the hot cylinder, it will be more flat, the surface smoothness will also be improved, and paper warpage can be corrected.

2.6 Winding device
Uniaxial winding, drive motor of three-phase asynchronous torque motor. Adjustment through automatic correction device, sheet tension though inverter for constant tension adjustment. Before the winder,paper goes through frame-type correction system, to prevent the positional deviation.
Winding drum: Φ150/1400mm, 2 set
The maximum paper roll diameter, Φ1400mm.                                           
2.7 Frame and walk stage
Beams, columns, fixed length beams all made of profile steel, walkway and pedals made of tread plate, railing of 1-inch pipe, ladder of ordinary steel.
Traverse walkway is seamless steel plate of one sheet. Frame and walkway, rust polished after machining process, then two coats of anti-rust paint, at last surface paint spray (surface paint according to customer requirements)
2.8 Foundation section,full set, including anchor bolts
       Base plate of cast iron, the material is HT-150, finish machining after aging treatment.
2.9 Paper guide rollers
