Description
1.The paper-unwinding stand using hydraulic twin-roll paper -unwinding stand,equip with automatic splicer,replacement raw paper roll no need stop machine,provides efficiency and reduce paper damage probability.
2.The Drying system adopts double-sided blow drying box. Paper evenly heated to avoid uneven heating resulting in paper deformation.
3.After coating, the paper into the calender, to macimize the gloss and smoothness of the paper. The average gloss of paper is 65-85%, which can be increased to 90-95% after the press.
4.The paper rolling machine adopts horizontal paper rolling machine, which is fast and of high quality.
5.The driving system is driven by motor, the speed is adjusted by frequency conversion, the speed is high precision, high stability.
6.The electrical control using electric cabinet and pneumatic valve, easy to operation and use.

 

Operation

      The machine is controlled by the touch screen; with simple operation, high degree of automation, only need to input the speed, tension and other data, the machine can achieve automatic synchronization control.
