Technical description
The 1200 thermal paper coating machine mainly consists of paper unwinding,
blade coaters, hot air drying, paper finishing,calendering and winding, five parts.
Distributed drive by variable frequency motor, it has a simple structure, easy
operation and maintenance, low broke rate and so on.

2. Main structure
2.1 The unwinding device
Unwinding stand is of uniaxial type, with tension control device and magnetic brakes(or motor brake).
Rack is equipped with adjustable frame, the position of the base paper can be adjusted in coating machine. The new paper reel can be prepared on the rack when machine running.
2.2 Blade knife coater, 2sets
1. Color feeding roller
Roller surface without wear marks, punch point, thread marks
Feeding roll with separate AC variable frequency drive motor, according to
process requirement, the feeding roll speed can be adjusted.
2. Backing roller
Covering Material:High-quality neoprene synthetic rubber
Cladding thickness: 18mm
Roller surface runout: ≤0.02mm
3. Paint tray
Paint tray made of 1.5mm thick stainless steel SS304, divided into the feed chamber, overflow chamber and backflow chamber, inlet port at the bottom of the trough, in order to promote the liquidity of paint. In the trough it should avoid stagnant dead zones to prevent coating caking; back flow is about 80% of total flow, feed roll manually lifted, with flexible lifting and falling.
4. Coating metering unit

Scraper beam is steel plate welded structure. Rotating bearing is plain bearings.
Banner coating weight single-point adjustment device is accurate screw thread device. The adjustment spacing of banner coating weight is 50mm.
5. Compressed air control systems, 2 sets
Equipped with air source treatment components and control components for coater to act:
Feeding roller moving
Coating tray moving
Scraper blade clamping
Fine tune is between feeding roller and backing roller, to control the clearance between the two rollers.
6. Machine frame: welded by steel plate and profile steel,thought aging treatment.
2.3 Hot air drying system
The system consists of single-sided hot air oven, draught fan, heat exchanger or the gas burner, ventilation door, and air duct.
1. Hot air oven, 2 sets (3m, 4m)
Single-sided hot air dryer, of unit form, made of welded profile steel, inner and out surface coated by 1mm steel plate, in the middle it is 50mm thick insulation materials to ensure the inner temperature and ambient air temperature does not exceed 20ºC. Air duct made of 1mm galvanized steel plate.
2. Hot air system, 2 sets
Consists of heating fan, heat exchangers or gas burner, filters, ventilation door, air duct.
Air ducts of 1mm galvanized steel sheet.
Aluminum fin heat exchanger, model LZ1000*1000, each group of 3 pieces, 3 groups in total. If choose the burners, the air stove is direct-fired type, no heat exchange equipment, the system automatically controls the switch, gas and energy efficiency is high.

2.4 Back coating system, 1 set

Fine tune is between feeding roller and backing roller, to control the clearance
between the two rollers.
2.5 Two hot cylinders and three cooling cylinders
1. Hot cylinders
Cylinder surface treatment: hard chrome plated cylinder, coating thickness 0.08mm
2. Cooling cylinders
Cylinder surface treatment: hard chrome plated cylinder, coating thickness 0.08mm
Dryer section with a set of drying blanket for easy paper threading and paper smoothness. Blanket corrector is manual type, tensioner is manual type.
2.6 Double-rollers soft calender
Calender is to improve the paper surface smoothness and improve the tightness of the paper so to improve the quality of the product.

2.7 Winding device
Uniaxial winding, drive motor of three-phase asynchronous torque motor. Adjustment through automatic correction device, sheet tension though inverter for constant tension adjustment.
2.8 Frame and walk stage
Beams, columns, fixed length beams all made of profile steel, walkway and pedals made of tread plate, railing of 1-inch pipe, ladder of ordinary steel. Traverse walkway is seamless steel plate of one sheet. Frame and walkway, rust
polished after machining process, then two coats of anti-rust paint, at last surface paint spray (surface paint according to customer requirements)
