1600/130 thermal paper coating machine mainly consists of automatic paper unwinding, blade coaters and hot air drying, back coating, paper finishing, calender and winding section. Distributed drive by variable frequency motor, it has a simple structure, easy operation and maintenance, low broke rate and so on.
Machine performance
High-precision closed-loop tension control consists of programmable logic controller (PLC), touch screen and high- performance frequency converter, rotary encoder, proximity switch and tension sensor to reduce paper breakage during production and improve productivity and yield.
